Ordering & Processing

Red Aspen orders are processed, packed and shipped out of our Meridian, Idaho warehouse on Monday - Friday (excluding major holidays). Once placed, most orders leave the warehouse within 48 hours. During promotions, holidays and the end of the month, shipments may be delayed as a result of higher ordering volumes.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include the USPS tracking number for your package. You can track your shipment's progress on the USPS website using your tracking number.

Things to Note...

• The shipping & delivery chart shows the estimated number of business days for an order to reach you once it leaves the Red Aspen Warehouse. Please add 2-6 business days for processing.
• Your Business Kit purchase ships for free. Plus, you can add additional products onto your Business Kit purchase and get free shipping on your entire order.
• Shipping fees, sales tax and Pop-up credits do not count towards your order subtotal.

Shipping & Delivery Rates

Standard Shipping

• Standard shipping is a flat rate of $5.49.
• Orders shipped via Standard shipping are typically processed within 48 hours and arrive in 2-6 business days.
• Due to higher sales volumes during the holidays, promotions, and end of the month, please allow additional processing time.

Priority Shipping

• Priority shipping is a flat rate of $16.
• All Priority orders placed by 1 PM MT will be processed and shipped the same day.
• Orders placed after 1 PM MT will be shipped the following business day.
• Orders processed after 1 PM MT on Friday, or the day before a holiday, will be shipped on the following Monday or business day.
• Priority orders arrive between 1-3 business days. 

Express Shipping

• Express shipping is a flat rate of $37.
• All Express orders placed by 1 PM MT will be processed and shipped the same day.
• Orders placed after 1 PM MT will be shipped the following business day.
• Orders processed after 1 PM MT on Friday, or the day before a holiday, will be shipped on the following Monday or business day (holiday). Express orders arrive between 1-2 business days.
