Red Aspen orders are processed, packed and shipped out of our Meridian, Idaho warehouse on Monday - Friday (excluding major holidays). Once placed, most orders leave the warehouse within 48 hours. During promotions, holidays and the end of the month, shipments may be delayed as a result of higher ordering volumes.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include the USPS tracking number for your package. You can track your shipment's progress on the USPS website using your tracking number.

The shipping & delivery chart shows the estimated number of business days for an order to reach you once it leaves the Red Aspen Warehouse. Please add 2-6 business days for processing.
Your Business Kit purchase ships for free. Plus, you can add additional products onto your Business Kit purchase and get free shipping on your entire order.
Shipping fees, sales tax and Pop-up credits do not count towards your order subtotal.

Standard Shipping
Standard shipping is a flat rate of $5.49.
Orders shipped via Standard shipping are typically processed within 48 hours and arrive in 2-6 business days.
Due to higher sales volumes during the holidays, promotions, and end of the month, please allow additional processing time.
Priority Shipping
Priority shipping is a flat rate of $16.
All Priority orders placed by 1 PM MT will be processed and shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 1 PM MT will be shipped the following business day.
Orders processed after 1 PM MT on Friday, or the day before a holiday, will be shipped on the following Monday or business day.
Priority orders arrive between 1-3 business days.
Express Shipping
Express shipping is a flat rate of $37.
All Express orders placed by 1 PM MT will be processed and shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 1 PM MT will be shipped the following business day.
Orders processed after 1 PM MT on Friday, or the day before a holiday, will be shipped on the following Monday or business day (holiday). Express orders arrive between 1-2 business days.
